I got the tires from the first post (eastcoastatv). They said these were new. They are also the blems. Anyway. There still nice tires but I was led to believe they were new not blems.
Just thought I would let everyone know!

The ones we got were blems too.. No big deal.. But they sent us 8" tires when the auction was for 10" tires... I hate when sellers on Ebay can't get their sh!t together...
