My buddy has a new Raptor. He is having clutch problems. When he has the clutch depressed and shifts into 1st, his quad jumps forward. We adjusted his clutch lever play and it helped, but not totally. Is this common? Thanks.

Does the raptor do this all the time or only when the motor is cold?
Tonite I rode my blaster for the first time in week. After I started it,I let it idle for 3-4 min. When I pulled the clutch in and put it in gear, it stalled.Clutch plates sometimes stick together if a machine sits for a few days. I dont know for sure but I think the cold transmission oil keeps them glued together. After I rode for 5 -10 minutes the clutch was fine.My Tri-Z's do the same thing to. If your buddies raptor is still under warranty he should bring it in for a check up.Maybe the Yami dealer can tell him more about it.
i got you your solution
