Picked up a complete swing arm/axle/brake/sprocket assembly for $25 today, He didn't know the year for sure, but im guessing its an 83-85, and I was wondering if it will bolt in no modifications, or bolt in wiht minor mods.

Probably not. I know the mount for the mono shock is different between 83 and 84-85 and the 86-87s. The length and width may vary some too.
