Hard to tell from a picture.
Fenders are $150.
The things that get you you can't see in a picture: bearings, swingarm pivot, kicker, brakes, chain, sprockets, tank rust. It all adds up.

Sounds like the 200X i picked up a few month ago. I would check it out they are great bikes.
