damn still wont start

well

i found stucks rings, hone the cylinder put it back together and it wont start not even a sound!

i do have spark ( new spark) plug

i even put gas thru the spark plug hole and not even a pop sound by doing that!!!! what iam doing worng?

also tried starting fluid still not even a pop sound!!!

did you set your timing 180 out?

its the honda 125M as for the timing yes on compression stoke both valves closed T on the line up and O on the cam line up

i think i found the problem looks like i had the cdi timing off
