ive never had to rejet myself, i just lower the needle clip 2 notches, plugs alway look tan when i check them no bog or sputter on the old 90cc tru 200cc 4 strokes ive put these style pipes on, but if you really want bump the main jet 1 size also you should have around a 105 main jet now, hope this helps
