Did Honda Give Away Premiums in the 80's, see Pic

I was at an auction that had some vintage parts etc. I got this Kazoo looking thing and was wondering if this was something Honda gave away as a premium? It looks like a Kazoo but doesn't make any noise, possibly not a Kazoo??? Here's a photo, let me know what you think,

looks like one of those old bubble blowers, you know the ones you would dip in soap with the wands and blow bubbles, well I remember having something similar to that to blow the bubbles

Yeah, it puzzles me! Looks like a Kazoo but can't see anything broken? Looks complete, I am wondering if it had a insert although doesn't look like it? Interesting piece, wondering what the mark after HONDA means or is???

Okay, mystery solved! This was a Kazoo made by Hohner as a promotional giveaway. Not sure of age, apparently missing a little insert in the top part that gives it the sound. Nice shelf piece!
