well here it is pretty much done and running, engine is a 110 bored +4mm to 123cc dome piston, big web cam, sudco intake big carb and posa header, frame is a flat track pauter, 18x10x10 hooiser rears with 5 in spacers, chrome forks with 3 in extenders, i will be making it nicer with a better tank and more polished stuff and chrome also as i find it. What carb are you using on that, I have pretty much the same engine set up in an atc 70, but I have the stock carb on it right now. I need to get something bigger, but I am limited by the room under the tank. I bought a 25mm china job off of ebay and it won't fit under the tank and also hits the motor.

i think the carb is a 24 mm mikuni, it runs like crap most the time it has a mind of its own! im going to put a stock 110 carb back on it

i got a tank painted black with new decals off feebay i like the new black look way better myself, i also bought a new stock carb its runs fine and starts good now but lost like 40% of its top end power so its back to tuning the big carb-sudco intake setup i even tried jetting the stock carb up with no luck
