It would have been Ted in the hospital if I didn't have those reflexes. I tried my best to avoid him, but my left rear tire still skipped over the side of his helmet, despite me lifting up on it. That caused me to dump it too. Am glad he's okay, that was a very strong reminder of why we should always wear a helmet!

I've got some (some... lol) HD footage with crazy angles. Gotta find time to sort it out and do something with it but it's coming.

Looks like the plug was a bit Hot also Maybe??? The hole Is In the center of the piston, right under the plug. Louis's was on the exhaust side.

Usually, If it is in the center its caused from detonation, if its right next to the exhaust its lean. That is why the fuel is getting checked. The plug was a B8EG, what i normally run in this engine. I honestly think because the same thing happened to the TPC i got some bad fuel. That is why im sending some of it out and getting it checked.

The other thing was i was messing with the ignition, and CDI boxes. I run the Cr250 ignition, with a cr125 cdi.

True, the exhaust side of the piston will melt if its lean. A hole in the top of the piston is from too much ignition advance or compression or combo of both. The octane of the fuel goes hand in hand with those aswell. With a CR125 cdi one can only guess the type of timing curve built in that unit.
