ok how do you tell if the timing chain is not set right? Does it make a noise or does it just not start? I got spark and compression and gas but it just does not start and it making me mad cause i just fix and clean ever thing on my bike . So i need help thanks

Here is a link to the manuals..pick the 250SX manual and find page 6-16. This section explains how to check the cam/crank alignment.
