My 83r resto

well guys ive been a member here for a little while now and never got around to posting my build up pictures. I started off with a stock 83 250r aftermarket part was a k&n air filter. One day i came across s website and made me want to restore and maker her look and perform better. it took awhile but i pretty much have her the way i want. I sandblasted all parts that i could. painted my fenders. added, 86r front fender & light, 85 34mm carb, top end rebuild, homemade aluminum grab bar, protaper bars, reeds and reedspacer, 400ex hubs, wheel spacers, dg pipe and silencer, all new seals and bearings, more im sure to but just cant remember.

nice, do the 400ex hubs make it wider like wheel spacers.

yes the hubs do make it wider and also allows for different rims. im not worried about the paint ive done it before and it worked out fine plus its not that big of a deal to redo them just gives me an excuse to go down in the garage

thanks guys i am going to hold off until i get the complete build of the 81 done before i show anything but it is coming along nicely. maybe ill post a teaser lol

it doesnt change the patter but the 83/84 have tabs on the hub, so with these ones you can run the 9 inch rims from the 85,86 and others
