Quadrunner 250 4x4 Bad CLutch Need help

Was wondering if anyone has encountered this.

After getting my friends 250 quadrunner 4x4 up and running, after replacing the one way clutch bearing so my electric start will work, when i put it in gear when its idling , it jumps forward and wants to go. I have the idle down low , and it still does it.

I tried loosening and tightening the clutch screw behind the tire and If i tighten it alot the machine wont move when i put it into gear when give it gas. When i loosen it out, as soon as i put it into gear it wants to jump forward and go. Think the clutch is bad? plates stuck broke springs?

Unless im setting the screw wrong?

Well i believe this is a problem.. lol
Anyone know where to get centrifugal clutch shoes for a 1991 quadrunner 250
Im having trouble finding them.
Heres my current clutch problem.
