Will this tire fit!

Well today i went to my local honda/yamaha dealer to buy some big wheel parts. Ended up that 2 out of the 3 things i was looking for showed up as discontinued. One of those being the oem replacement 23x11x9 dunlop. So since i needed a rear tire for the bike in the worst way i thought i might look through the back tire bins in the shop. I found this Duro 25x12x9 tire in clearance.

I believe this may be my best alternative so far. What do you think guys? please give me some opinions because this bike is very tough to find cheap parts for. The other part i am looking for is the screw on cap for the throttle into the carb. Apparently they are not available.

It should fit, but it might rub, especially at higher speeds from the centrifugal forces forcing the tire to expand, or balloon outward.

As for the carb, probably best to get a new chinese aftermarket one, or find a carb from a newer equivalent size bike that someone is parting out.
