1. You don't need an ownership or bill of sale 2. just go in with the vin and ask for a buyer package and give them the vin it cost $20 3. then you can eather try and find the guy who owner it and get him to sine the back (like a bill of sale) or get a friend to sin it then take it back 4. pay $10 to get an ownership made up with in the last owners name 5. then pay $10 to put it in your name 6. go rip and have funi will try that. but do you not need a ownership to get the package? i have bikes hear that have never been registered.want to make some $$. i need a ownership for my 250r the guy i got it from lost it. it was not in his name. the bike is junk to me without it. i want to ride it on the trails. lots of cops out there.
