    i would clean and inspect the carb again. may have missed something? check your decompression cable? maybe something crawled in the tail pipe and died? not pulling the clutch in or having it in neutral? forgot to removed exhaust pipe plug? i hope you figure it out man.

    you have not answered me... did you adjust the timing. if you have "good" spark, comp, fuel, air, and all this happening at the right time.... the the bike WILL run. double check you cause you doing something wrong, or not doing something at all, check your cam timing as well

    Could be a stuck valve. It has been sitting for while, and these babies are getting close to 30 years old.
