Hey,
Well i can't recomend one over the other. I can say the barnett kit i installed almost two years ago now still works great! Hope that helps ya out a bit.

I will say one ,,any clutch plate with a alum backer for a friction plate,, I find contaminates the oil quicker with fine alum. shavings ,,,, even worse on a older wore out basket,, cant go wrong with OEM,Vesrah, ebc,kg factory, with a steel backer plate, altho I run barnett springs I have been shying away from the friction plates for this reason.
Indeed, I think I might be doin a little switcharoo when I do the mains. Thanks Raffa whenever I need info on the z's I always hunt down your posts.

Yes,, thats what Im referring to.. I run belray 80w.. I ran Barnett for years,, because they had the whole kit.. with springs.. but somewhere along the line they switch to a alum backer plate.. was lookin for plates for the 490 last night ,,, and had no idea Pro-x has clutch sets,,,
awsome info, thanks guys. looks like i'll get the ebc kit, it was a couple bucks cheaper anyways.
