    200x for $200. Good deal?

I found a 200x with no motor or plastics for 200. I've been looking for one to put the motor out of my 185s in for a while. Its an 85. It needs some random parts like handlebar grips and stuff like that, and probably some tires, but other than that its all there. Is it worth it?

Id try to get it for $100. Tell him you are going to have to spend a bunch of money on it to get it back in rideable condition ect, ect, ect. Dont let him know what you are planning on doing with it. You might get a better deal.

I only paid $300 for my complete (minus a few bolts) 85 200x with a blown motor. The plastics on it are great.

    Good luck

    short answer = no
I bought one like that for $75 and, in hindsight, even that was not a good enough deal.
I had a 200s engine I planned to put in and run it.
The parts add up quick. Brakes, bearings, chain, sprockets, platics, the list goes on and on...

    $100 would be a fair-er price.
