Best Chinese Engine Company, ATC70 style engines?

I have been looking at getting a Chinese clone engine that will bolt into an ATC70. There is Lifan, Piranha, TB Bolt, G2 Moto, they are are priced very similar. Is there any company that is the best for getting parts or holds up better than the others?

Lifan is supposedly really good, wonderful quality for the money.
This is my trike. There are many like it but this one is mine. My trike is my best friend, and it is my life. I must master it as I must master myself. My trike without me is useless. Without my trike, I am useless. I must ride my trike true. My trike and I know that what counts is not the amount of miles we ride, but the time we ride together. My trike is human in it's own ways, therefore I will learn it as my brother. I will learn it's weaknesses, it's strengths, it's parts, and it's soul.

I love my Piranha 140 engine. Cost me 330 shipped to the door with carb and all electronics. I also have a GPX 125 with a inner rotor kit in my other 70 and that's just as fun but still needs some low end carb tuning.

AS long as you stay with one of the larger companies you should be good. If you get a manual clutch be sure to one that has the lever on the top side of the case, I have the ones on the front of the case have problems.

I second the Lifan vote. I have one in my 200x and really like it.The guy that I buy all my parts from is a lifan dealer, has been in the atv industry for over 30 years and he claims that lifan has been making honda parts for decades. His explanation made alot of sense considering how small of a country japan is that they would outsource some parts manufacturing to mainland china

try to stay away from loncin. I had a distributer i was getting really good deals from so i bought a couple. They have been nothing but a headache. Also, stay away from rotary shift. All mine have this ( maybe thats why there junk, going from 4th to 1st too many times).
Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I had 2 motors that did that as well, except if you were not careful you would shift it into reverse!

I just gave my Lifan 125 manual a good beating yesterday, and it took it and asked for more...

I am looking at getting one of these engines from TBolt. The YX series engines seem to offer more performance and repair parts than others. Is the Piranha a YX series engine too.
