ATC 70 rear bearings?

I have a new little ATC 70 and it feels like the rear end is a little "loose". When I grab the grab bar and shake it a little bit, I can feel the "looseness" in the rear end and I can actually see it where the axle goes into the black frame section. Is this a strong indicator of needing new rear bearings? Or could it be that I just need to tighten something up? I have another ATC 70 which looks a little different where the axle goes into the black frame. Hard to explain but it looks like the part on the axle that enters the frame is a little "tighter" or screwed in more. Any help or opinions are appreciated.

Sounds like its time for bearings to me . Post pics of the differences your talking about so we can understand better .
