350x front wheel on a 250sx

I have an extra 350x front wheel and would like to put it on my wife's 250sx so it is a little easier for her to turn what all is involved? what about the brakes?

what type of adapter? a spacer? a plate?

a plate because the 350x bolt pattern is bigger than the 250sx,and maybe a spacer and get the wheel centered in the fork

was thinking if a front hub off a 85 350x would swap out with my sx's hub and put on the wheel from a 350x. worry about the forks and brakes later, and make tube spacers to center the wheel.
