Cool stuff! The tire, wheel I was thinking of using won't be as wide as that and it's just a regular knobby. The tread pattern on that tire looks like the tread pattern on the rears that I'm using. I have the fenders and the rear tires mocked up now to see if I have the clearance to run the rears I have for it. Looks good. I'm gonna mount them on my wheels today. Also I think I found a solution for my paint dilemma. I'll find out in a few days.

I haven't gotten a whole lot done to this lately but it is a roller now. I'm not using this tank on it. I have a tank in primer at work that's going on it. I couldn't bring myself to disturb the original paint on this one. I'm getting close. I need to have my crank rebuilt, cables and a clutch lever and the time to get it all put together. Easier said than done.

Yes they do! Thanks again. They'll even look better after I paint them.

Any update on this build? I like reading these forums on these kinds of builds, I like the US 90 tank you are using on the build looks neat.

I'm still buying parts. I just got paint for it last weekend. I'm still looking for an aftermarket cylinder. If anyone out there has an extra one around 58mm, let me know! I think I have all of the other hard to find stuff for it, pretty much nailed down.

Well I pulled this out of the garage today to test fit an aftermarket headlight I found for it. I wasn't sure how well it would fit when I bought it because it is slightly larger the the stock one. It's a direct fit other than the fact that it has standard threads. I just didn't think it would look right with a painted bucket on chromed forks. I think this looks much better.
