need some advice on my '82 200E. Finished the top-end rebuild, piston/rings, valves lapped, etc.
It also has a new carby on it.
Fault: had same problem before rebuild.
runs a little rich at idle
needs to have mixture screw almost all the way in to idle.(does this with old and new carbys).
erratic miss when accelerated.
Gave up trying to find fault and took it to the local Suzuki dealer (no Honda close). They couldn't fix. Said the coil looked OK. Suggested maybe the CDI or as a last resort, the wiring.
Any ideas?
