    alt125 engine swap

    I have a 1984 Suzuki alt125. Bike needs quite a bit of work. Getting rusty, bad brakes and missing cables.
    Engine is good but needs some adjustment.
    How difficult would it be to swap the engine into a dirt bike frame? Or even another ATV frame even. I know I would need all the guts and wires.
    I'm sure everything is possible, but would I run into multiple issues
    Would it have to be a Suzuki frame?
    Any input would be appreciated.

    It will be a lot less work to just fix the brakes and cables and paint the frame than to swap the engine into something else.

    Parts are hard to find. And expensive. I knew I would have a chore buying/fixing this bike but i thought it would be worth it. As i get deeper and deeper into bike it seems a lot more trouble then good.
    I really want to keep it as 3 wheeler, but I also want to ride this season.
