couple cylinder questions
i was wondering.. i just did a top end gasket job, cyl hone and bottom end gasket job on a 200s, not a spot of oil on the bottom or top end. but STILL cant keep oil in it. is it possible to burn oil without a cloud of blue smoke or white smoke behind ya>
Also got a seized wrist pin on a 200m(half a piston in it) project engine, anyways of removing it? i removed retainer clip on both sides and tapped on it with a blunt screw driver no luck. any suggestions? thanks again!!!!

so it's a 200s with fresh parts and gaskets, runs good, doesn't leak
BUT seems to be sucking (losing) oil somehow but doesn't leak or
smoke?
Sounds funny to me too.
The only thing that comes to mind is that it could be blowing
oil out some vent while you're running.
How much oil?
1/2 quart every hour?
what kind of oil?

i can run it half the day and it will be half empty on the dipstick, run it all day and its 1/4 ways on the dipstick, i run sae 10w-40 in her sometimes 10w-30. i cant figure it out either its really annoying. i pulled off the breather for the case and yes there was oil lightly comming out, i would only imagine it pissing out more when in the hier revs?

boy, you think you'd see that vent prob as more obvious.

forsure it isnt burning oil plugg is tan, doesnt smoke, doesnt leak anywhere. yaa since it just mite be the vent, what would you do to stop it? or should i look else where idk what to do with her, i was thinking of putting a new head on that i got with a rebuilt 185. i get it going today so maybe swamp heads and pistons then try agin? no idea.
