HELP!!!! Need front rim advise and suggestions.

Hey Everyone,i need help with a front rim issue i'm having.I see you guys are running silver rims on your 250r 's.

First of all i have a 86 250r .I hate the gold on the front rim.Are you guys buying aftermarket silver rims? If so,could you direct me as to where i can get one? If not,are you some how getting to factory gold off the factory rim? If anyone can direct me in the right direction that would be awesome.Thx IN ADVANCE.

The 350x, 200x front rims are a direct swap. Finding one of those rims is your cheapest way to a normal aluminum colored front rim.

Douglas will make a front wheel for you that wont have any stock coating on it (so it can be polished). These cost over 100$ though, and finding a used one is less than common.

Using a 85 350X rim is easy and cheap to do and my first recomendation.
But if you want to go through the anodizing removal and polish process, here you go.
