New to the board
Ignition Help?
My newly purchased 90 needs a coil...this may get me some flack, but would it work to use one from a vehicle with points ignition? I have more resources to get car parts (I have 110% hot-rodder blood), so I was wondering.
If not, then what is the output of the coil?

Actually, i came across that same situation 1 day. Only i grabbed an old motorcycle coil. As long as the resistance are close, it should be ok.
Car coils are probably to much resistance for the little buy, but motorcycles should be closer.
I just wanna go fast. If your not first, your last!!
