    YTM 200 Bogging.

    Hey people, I am a newbie to this site. I recently got a 1984 ytm 200 for free. I got it all cleaned up and running. I only have a problem with the bike bogging. It stops only when i disconnect the air intake hose from the frame. I guess the bike is running rich and needs more air, but i already leaned the carb out, cleaned it completely. Any ideas?? thanks

    do u have a foam air filter or paper? if its foam wash it with water and dawn soap let it dry over night

    Ya i actually got a new foam filter. i was trying to see where there are holes in the frame for the air to come into. does anybody know? The bike has had the carb cleaned, valves adjusted, new oil and spark plug. The compression is right on at 130psi. I am confused. i don't know why it's running so rich.
