    Question Possible after market frame?

    I inquired about a 125m on craigslist that looks really rough but thought if I picked it up cheap enough I may be able to part it out and make a $ or 2 to help finance my 250es big red project. Bike is 2 hrs away so I not spending $75 on gas to look at something I'm not gonna bring home. Anyway here's the question. He didn't know the year was so I asked for the VIN so I could use the decoder here on the sight to figure it out. It came back as invalid Honda VIN. Went online and used a different decoder and and it came back as an 85' with origin in Pakistan. He is going to recheck it today and make sure he read it correctly. I know the second character needs to be a "H" for Honda VIN. According to his first check this one starts out with "NJ" besides New Jersey anyone have idea what kind of frame this might be? Aftermarket? Brand?
