All I can do is go up an down my 100 ft driveway but I feel the front end wableling. I put it up and spun it by hand and I can't tell if its the rim or the axle. What is more likely to go?

I put one together over the weekend that is doing that, I know it's the front wheel bearings. Do you have any play when you shake the front wheel by hand?
you can also get a very simular feeling if your steering stem bearings are loose or bad , just happened to me
I don't feel any play but the axle bearings sound rough. What is a good source for front bearings and seals?

Tire and rim look ok. However the rear axle is bent. I have one on the way.

Rear axle could contribute to the wobble. But I'd check t all for straightness. It shouldn't wobble...

check your forks. i have a set of really wqorn ones that wobble badly. basically stand on the gorund, pull the front break and rock the bike forward and back. you can watch what is wobbleing. if you se the forks wobbleing there's your issue. get new forks.
