I can post more pics when I´m back at my home pc. These kits will be for sale on eBay when I get the splines in the new brake hubs done.
It requires the use of a wilwood brake caliper.
    Cheers

The adapter plate is a bolt-on mod, you have to use it with a 2 piston Wilwood kart caliper. You can not use the stock skid plate anymore.

The kit that I will put on ebay soon will come with the adapter plate, a new brake hub, brake disc and a special banjo bolt to use a normal brake line on the kart caliper.
I use the kit with a left hand magura hydraulic clutch master and a custom brake line for that (these parts are not included).

All kit parts are cnc machined from steel and yellow zinc coated.

@CRAZY70MAN : How would you get the 70mph top speed ? After counting the teeth in the 2 speed tranny I think the Zinger will be only slightly faster. Not sure if together with pipe cylinder work etc, the bike can be soo fast.
But I already got a PW final drive to get that modified for the Zinger, not sure if it will last long though. It´s all a littler weaker than the Zinger parts.
    Cheers

Can you make a guess about the RPMs that your Zinger makes when it´s done ?
I have the gear ratios and wanna calculate the top speed.
Or bring the bike to TF and I will bring the radar gun.
Just picked up another Zinger today, it´s a 4 Zinger though.
    Gotta love this little Yamahasssssssss

That rear brake is impressive! Did you buy those wheel adapter plates or make them yourself? I'm rebuilding a zinger and have been trying to come up with a way to run those same wheels/tires.

I made the rear wheel adapter plates and will put some on ebay within the next 2-3 weeks after getting them cut more.
You can use them with these Douglas wheels 8X6 3B+5N 3/120MMLT80.

Count me in for a couple of sets. I'm currently working on a 4 zinger. I'll be looking out for them.

I don't want to hijack this thread but I am trying to figure out something that I think you guys can answer easily. My zinger doesn't have the kill switch or any other switches and it does not run well enough on the bottom end for the throttle screw to regulate speed. I'm building this for my little girl and need to regulate speed. I have read about a restrictor exhaust manifold gasket. Mine no longer has this. Does that make the motor run better on bottom end? Also, I have heard of a rev limiter but can't find one in the parts schematics. Was this standard on all models?
    Any info is appreciated!
