    What Ratio do you run?

What ratio do you run in your dirtbike??? The guy im getting mine from said he runs it 36:1 "for extra lubrication" but its supposed to be ran 32:1 (what the manual says).....but 36:1 is leaner than 32:1.....is 36:1 enough oil for a 2 stroke 250?

I typically run 50:1. With some lower quality oils, I go as low as 32:1. If you got your bike running right and your using quality stuff some guys run as much as 100:1 (these are the guys rebuilding them on a frequent basis). Typically your baseline will be between 32:1 and 50:1 for the most power, reliability, and ridability.

you seem to be very knowledgeable about these things....would 36:1 be good for Klotz Supertechniplate or R-50?

For a quality oil like klotz, you can get away with 50:1 no problem provided your engine is in decent shape and your jetting is close. I don't know what the bike is, but i'm guessing its liquid cooled. If its not liquid cooled you want a richer mixture since the freeairs will run far hotter after a half hour of riding. Liquid cooled engines can run much leaner, and hence make more power in the long run.
