    Exhaust Springs... How to measure?

Ok.. this might be a stupid question... but when you are ordering new exhaust springs, are the measurements of new springs over all length (end to end) or just the actual coiled part? I'm seeing springs described as 63 mm, 67 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, etc. and just was second guessing myself on the measurement.

    Thanks!
