Not that I am in any way an advocate of "big brother" forcing the use of seat belts or helmets....But I live in NY, where all motorcycle riders are required by law to wear the helmet, as well as anyone operating a snowmobile or ATV on public property or any public trail system.. But I do believe its best to protect the ol' noggin when riding....

What I do wonder about is all the other states that dont have helmet laws, how many riders would be alive today if they were wearing a helmet when they crashed?

Lol, that is pretty fun though. I could bring up all-nighters-after-the-rodeo, stories, but that's for fun campfire talk, lol!
