sprocket questions for my extended swinger on the 86R

Whats the recommended amount of teeth on the front and rear sprockets? The swinger is plus 6inches and im just trying to figure out what I should run. I want the bike to be all around use, not really just for drag racing but I still want to be able to drag it and trail ride it.

what do you guys run on your stretched R's?

Stretching it shouldn't change the gearing, you should still run the same as your stock arm unless you've "added" power somehow. I'm running a +2 and I was running 14-39 with 18" tires. When I put the 21" paddles on I couldn't pull top gear at Silver Lake so I dropped the front sprocket back to a 13. I gave up some overall speed with the 18"s on but we mainly ride woods (like Rose City) and the slow crawling ability was improved.

Are you going to be running stock tires? If you run shorter tires, that will change the over all gearing too. Something else to think about.

no im looking at running some 18" fast trekkers, so more than likely looking at a 14 rear sprocket and buying a 13 tooth and 14 tooth front sproket just to play around and see what fits best for me.
