Did Some more work to the DX Today......

Got tired of looking at the white puckboard fenders and sun rotted plastics on it so I broke out the hose and sandpaper and gave it a good sanding on the fenders and tank sides.

At work last week I learned how to mix the automotive paint to custom colors that we sell and inject it into a spray bomb so the boss said mix one up. I picked a yellow from a 2009 Nissan.

Decided to give it a coat on the fenders and see what it looked like.

Here are the pictures of it.
Now remember I am not going for a restoration here just a decent looking rider.

close match, looks good from what you started with. let us know how it holds up. we had a kawi 750 triple drag trike that we had q-sport rears on that ended up with more paint on them than plastic in the end. haha. That was years ago and I'm sure paint has improved alot. looks good
