Where did you get those tires!!!
Wikipedia "All Terrain Vehicle" Definition excerpt
Other smaller or lesser known companies, such as Tiger ATV, Franks, and Cagiva, produced racing three wheelers, but in much smaller numbers. Few of these machines are known to exist today and are highly sought by collectors.

Rides: TIGER Factory line up, Tricky Dicks Cagiva 200, 4- Franks 3 and 4 Wheelers

What are you using for lugs? I've got some large spacers, but they just had regular bolts holding them in place, per the previous owner. Are there elongated "lugs" for these, or are grade 8 bolts the correct way to go?

yes its just grade 8 bolts with a long nut (I can't remeber the right name for them now) the PO turned down on end of them to use them for rim with tapper nuts. I just turned them around and used the flat side with washer and red lockitite
