Starting with the wet plug, not good. When was the last time it ran? Air filter clean? (no rats nest in the airbox) Carb need to be cleaned?

New to the board
you need three things to make an engine run: Fuel/spark/air. pull the plug and replace or you can try to just let it dry out. with the plug out turn the engine over a time or two. check air filter. put in new plug and start it up.

You say it has spark, but is it sparking at the right time? If you've monkeyed around with your pulse generator at all, maybe you put it back in 180* out of time. Its also possible that your timing chain skipped a couple teeth and its too far off time to run now. Get a manual and read how to check the timing. Hope you get it figured out!

Put a new spark plug in it. Make sure it's the right one they are shortys,not long. If you haven't ran it for awhile,lay it on it's side. this puts some fresh fuel into the carb,while the old is flushed out the overflows. Fresh fuel,NEW spark plug,it will prolly sit there purring.

Bad air filter (clogged), bad plug (might spark but not under compression), bad timing (unlikely), gummed up carb, old crappy fuel. Start with the easiest, new fuel, new plug, clean the filter. Dump the old gas, put in fresh fuel. If that don't get it going, get a compression test done, then you're into the electrical, might be a weak spark etc.

80 percent of all problems I have when I pick up an old basket case is the Carb. Another thing to take in consideration, do not overkill your pull cord as your pulling it many times it might rip. nice & easy.

heres the thing guys i got the wheeler for 200 and put another 200 in to it trying to get it fixed , i just want to ride and cant take it anymore
