my 110 is a runner now!!!! but........

I got it running tonight after doing a top end rebuild. I literally had to borrow parts to get it going for trikefest (thanks Steve). Runs pretty good, but has some carb issues. I still need to fine tune the timing too. When It was sitting there idling I noticed oil running out of the hi low switch box. The damn screws were loose! Tightened them and it still pumped oil out. Going to tear into that in the morning. I hope like hell the case doesn't have a hole in it and that it is just a seal. The chain adjuster is maxed out so instead of taking a link out they decided it would be ok to run it with about 3" of play in the chain.

You might be strong as an ox, but without a cart you are just a big dumb animal.

just a friendly reminder to always keep your chain tight. The chain on this POS had over 3" of play in it with the chain adjuster maxed out. It had evidently jumped off the sprocket a time or two. I took 2 links out of it and think I am going to have to take 1 more. I am waiting on the JB weld to set up and then it is getting re assembled tomorrow. I think it has some kind of curse on it to not make it to trikefest. Here are a couple of pics of the carnage. Maybe all of the caked on dirt and grease and should have been a warning to me.
