I recently cleaned the carb and made sure all gaskets were seated and perfect. It runs great starts 1st pull all the time just it wont idol at all. I can turn the idol screw in all the way so its tight and not the slightest idol. I even took off the spring and tried it still does the same thing. What is doing this
