yes they will. I have a set on my 200x and really like them, mainly because im 6'4" and sit tall on the seat.

Go with the TRX bend instead for the 200x. I have them on my 350x, and the atv hi-bends on my 250sx.

The Moose bar bends may run into the end of your clamps, which makes a cut in them and then they can snap. I have had it happen to me which is why I spend the cash for adapters and Pro Taper bars. Just check it out and at least de-burr the end that clamps on the curve.
I have run the tallest adapters and never needed longer cables so I'm not sure why one of the guys recently had a throttle cable issue.
I have adapters (tall ones) on all 3 of my favorite trikes (2 -350X and 1 -87 200X)
