    Front and back wheel hubs.
    grab bar?
    handle bars?

If you dont want to paint the handle bars yellow then get some yellow grips.

    Get some chrome rims

    Maybe a yellow seat cover?

I would paint your engine yellow, as well as get yellow handlebars, and a yellow seat and yellow fork boots.

Yellow seat, yellow handlebars, yellow swinger and possibly yellow frame depending on how the other stuff looks once redone in yellow.

Photoshop it and see if you like any combinations that you can change with a mouse click

Fork boots don't seem real cheap and the last time I looked, they seemed to be
    model number specific.
