Need help bad 250r motor just lost compression

I just got a trx honda 250r 1986. Same motor as the honda 250r trike. The motor was fresh except the stator.I've seen antifreeze building around the head gasket. So I figure ok no big problem lol I was wrong.Flying up through a park i hit 5th and flew out into the road and it shut down on me.WTF I thought.Went to kick her and the kicker was locked.I finally got the kicker unlocked and now have NO compression.A very small amount of compression though but not enough to start her just pushin it with hand it goes all the way down.Hope someone can help me as i'm on a fixed income so it would help alot if somebody could please have a heart and help me out.Much thanks,Freeway1, P.s. As i write this sentences are disappering and my spelling is not the best but when it comes to math forget it that's why i like motors . I want to ride bad! I have a party to go to july 9th and everyone will have there trikes and quads. Please help Thanks Much Everyone.

pull the exhaust if you see aluminum in there it was probably lean and melted a hole in the piston and seized from fragments under the crank or in the lower rod bearing. just a thought really need to just tear it down to see

If you're lucky just a hone and rings...but doesn't sound like it, you'll probably need a bore and piston, and find out why it overheated. Make sure you put distilled water in w/you're antifreeze, otherwise you'll get that build-up around and inside the engine...not good..if it's starts to break free, it will clog up your radiators....
