stator question

The 200x i bought is an auto-x and the motor blew up on me. I found a guy that has a motor that runs, it just needs a stator and cover. The motor I have right now has ricky stator coils in it that are for a 200x im guessing since they dont make coils for a 200s, which is what the bottom end is. My question is can I use the stator from my motor right now and put it in the 200x motor I would be buying? also, does anybody have a stator cover? I cant find one on ebay
