how do i get the front tire of the axle on a tri z? i have the left fork off the bike and the tire wont pull of the axle. what am i doing wrong?

Having 2 people would help and also I would let all the air out of the tire and flattin it down. Then just push it between the axle and bolts.

Do you mean the axle is hung up in the hub? Or you can't get the axle out of the fork? If the axle is hung up in the hub it's probably due to rust. Spray wd-40 in there and let it sit for a bit to help loosen it up.
