    85 tri-z

    i finally got my trike rebuilt and running but i have two questions
    1 my clutch cable keeps popping off from that little "u" shaped holder on the crank case
    and 2 it wont idle and then im riding and going through the gears it bogs out when its going onto the power band

    you are missing the piece that holds the cable in place. and your running to lean or to rich!

    missing the Cable clip? and it sounds like you carb is out of wack.. start with stock settings.

    what fuel mixture are you guys using cuz im not to sure what to run becasue the book said 24 to 1 and the tank says 20 to 1 and what are the stock settings for the carb

    Ive got a Keihin PE37 on mine (think thats what it is anyway. carb # reads pe37aayc) couldn't tell you what it has for jets tho, never pulled it apart. runs and idles great.

    ook so i fixed the cable issue but haven't got to the bogging out yet because i found a new problem
    that little jet thing keeps shooting oil but i can figure out ware it goes

    That's your crankcase vent. If you are overfull, or even on very hot days and are buzzing the bike hard, and for extended periods of time. Oil will push out of that. It need a hose pushed onto it, and directed at the ground. That's it.

    ok sweet thanx im going to go out riding for the first time since the rebuild so hopefully nothing goes wrong
