Been screwed by Padilla?

I am posting this in an attempt to help all those that have been screwed by Padilla in the past. I personally haven't had any dealings with him and have steered clear of the subject as a result. However, I am fed up with this guys shite and his ability to continue to screw people over and Ebay's lack of action (that I know of) against him.

Somebody just posted this in the Ebay section in an old thread about Padilla. I have no idea if this person is who he claims to be and I am in no way associated with him. Please use your own discretion and exercise caution when dealing with the Padilla matter no matter how things look. I started this thread in Trikesylvania to get it out there so the masses can see. I know not everyone looks at the Ebay/Craigslist forum and could easily miss the thread.
