paddle tire question

I have never had a set. I bought a set from a guy that said they were never used. They have been sitting and dusty. I put some air and they have a slow leak on both around the rim. The wheels look straight and not used. Is there a good sealant to use. Can you use that green slime?

i would try breaking them down and cleaning both the tire and rim seating surface.
