    Loud Ticking Noise?!?!?!

    OK, i just went and adjusted the clutch on my 185s, it performed WAY better, but then it started making a loud ticking noise in the engine, its done this once before, but it went away after a couple of restarts, now its still loin it so i killed it for now? what could this be? what should i do?

    sorry, not sure if it had anything to do with the clutch or what, it just seemed weird.....cuz it was just a loud ticking noise that started, i have no idea what it could be

    whatever it was, it went away, I adjusted the air/fuel screw on ths carb, cuz it has the ebay 200x carb, helped alot after I adjusted it, and after adjusted the clutch, like a whole different machine

    IMHO, adjusting an air/fuel screw *should not* cause or stop something from making a mechanical "ticking" .. Noise is metal hitting each other inside the engine...
