If there was enough gasoline in the engine to actually hydro lock it, i would go as far as pulling the plug, make sure the piston is at the bottom of the stroke, flip the bike upside down and let the gas run out of the plug hole. After the most of it is out, pull the rope a few times in case the piston collected some inside.
The other option is to pull the plug then pull the rope a few hundred times. After the majority is out, you should be able to put the plug in and pull it until it fires and burns off the rest. Youll have a ton of smoke when it fires up. The gas evaporates leaving a ton of oil.
I just wanna go fast. If your not first, your last!!
