As soon as everyone gets their ducks in a row.

I am not being short or picking on anyone here at all. And I am certianly not trying to be rude. It looks like there is some indecision on colors here.
We have to order in color numbers of 5..We can't order 2 pinks, 3 orange, 2 carbon fiber whites, etc, etc... It has to be a minimum of 5 sets of one odd color.
And you cant order 1 blue rear fender and 1 orange front fender. If you want a custom color, you are going to have to buy at least the front and rear fender in that same custom color and it will take a minimum of 5 complete sets in that custom color.
I know everyone has their own tastes, but this is the way it is..Right now we have guys all over the place in color choices.

So we need for you guys to make a decision on a few odd colors or even just one odd color for now. Some of you that want one set of green or orange, may want to switch to a different color to get a complete order of 5 in progress or wait and hope for another color run in your choice later down the road.
Right now pink is one more set off from being done.
So if you all want to get together and take a vote on odd/custom colors other than yellow, black or white, and start a list for odd colors that can be filled in sets of 5. Once that is agreed on, we can get going on this.

You guys can go back a page to the latest list and look at the guys that are on the list and see which colors have the most interest and narrow it down.
Keep in mind that yellow and black and white can be purchased in the custom color run, in any amount, since they are always on the shelf.

Can you guys get 1-2 odd colors going in sets of 5 or more for each color?

I went in and added up the list. Here are the numbers for color choices so far. Keep in mind I will be ordering stock colors. The following is a count on custom runs.
Some of these aren't looking good.

Besides red, yellow, black and white.....

Carbon Fiber Black....4 sets of shrouds, 3 airbox, 2 fronts, and 2 rears

Silver....1 airbox

Carbon Fiber White...1 ft, 1 rear, 1 shrouds, 1 airbox

Pink....4 ft, 4 rear, 3 shrouds, 2 airbox

Blue....2 ft, 2 rear, 1 shrouds, 1 airbox


That gives us an idea. Pink is real close. I would hate to see that not get ordered. CF black is also looking good.

And whatever custom color(s) you guys decide on, we will make sure that the shrouds and airbox is run too in that color.

Hey guys, it seems like interest is falling on this a bit, lets bring it back to life... I'm ready for powder coating on my Z frame and if Pink isn't a go pretty soon I'm gonna settle for good old yellow (like Yamaha's are supposed to be in the first place) I mean as hard as good shrouds and air box covers are to find (if you want them looking shiny and new) I would have thought there would be a ton of guys into this by now... So come on and rally the troops, its been almost a month and a half since anyone posted in here...

We are still doing an order. My wife and I will work out the details over the next few days.
Order will be placed by the middle of March. So start saving now for your plastics.

We will detail and list what colors will be ordered over the next few days.

No, I would need 5 for red front and rear. The only colors that I would not need 5 for a run of, would be yellow, black and white. Because Maier offers these in their catalog (in front and rear).

The colors that have the most interest (in FULL SETS) are....

Pink....At this time there are 4 front fenders, 4 rear fenders, 3 sets of shrouds, and 2 air box covers. I really need to get to 5 for each item. If we can get to 5 for the front and rear, I may be able to talk them in to running the other 3 and 2. But they will want 5 of the big items. Anyone else want pink?

Carbon fiber black... Not enough interest in the rear fender so far. We have 1 rear, 2 front fenders, 3 air box covers and 5 shrouds. I am ok with filling in the air box covers, but the front and rear fenders will need more to get them ran.

Blue...so far we have 2 front fenders, 2 rear fenders, and 1 set of shrouds. Anyone else want blue? I may be in for one set of blue, but we really need 2 more people to get blue.

I will be ordering yellow, red, black and probably white, no matter what. And if you want front and rear of yellow, black and white that is also not a problem. I don't need 5 for these items since they offer them in the catalog.

If the CF Blk rears are a NO GO....I would be willing to fill in the $ for the other items in the CF blk just to meet the run.
